More than 28 days - loss of deposit
28 to 42 days 30%
20 to 30 days 60%

Cancellation charges - notification of cancellation must be received by us in writing in our office in Galway as well as by email.
We understand that things change and sometimes accidents happen. We have a sliding scale of refunds, but draw our guests attention to the fact that adequate holiday insurance is a necessity to cover any last minute problems and not leave us (or you) in a bad position financially.
We ask that all bookings are made by email so all dates and prices are clear for all parties to see. We will offer quotations by telephone but these are always followed up by a confirmation email - without this email, no prices or bookings are confirmed.
It is a condition of booking a holiday with More Holidays Limited that all people within the party are covered by adequate holiday insurance..
All holidays are subject to confirmation once deposits have been received. No bookings are confirmed until More Holidays Ltd have confirmed the reservation by email.
Any bookings of multiple guests and multiple cottages are booked through one group leader. This one group leader is responsible for collecting deposits and ensuring that More Holidays Limited, Barna, Galway, are paid deposits in one instalment, ie if there are 25 people in your party, we are not able to accept 25 individual deposits from every individual.
If not fully paid online, all holidays must be fully paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival date.
