What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that things change and sometimes accidents happen.  We have a sliding scale of refunds, but draw our guests attention to the fact that adequate holiday insurance is a necessity to cover any last minute problems and not leave us (or you) in a bad position financially.                                           

  • More than 84 days - loss of deposit

  • 43 to 84 days  30%

  • 29 to 42 days  60%

  • 15 to 28 days  75%

  • 0 to 14 days  100%.
